There is a big difference in quality between our American made Shade Cloth and our competitors imported product. I have tried out the China shade cloth. It is visibly thinner, and does not hold up. The Grommets are a weak point. In the wind they tear out. It is less expensive, but we chose not to distribute it, because it is an inferior product. - Bruce Jones 

Material: Polyethylene: Very resistant to sun damage. Polyethylene is a very versatile material. I bought a canoe in 2012 that is made out of Polyethylene. This is made of the same material as our heavy knotted netting that we use on our own farm and have shipped to thousands of customers across the world.

Construction: TT Agriculture Fabric is a Tape/Tape Raschel Knitted structure manufactured from 100% virgin polyethylene (HDPE) UV stabilized material. Its unique lock stitch construction allows the customer to cut the fabric without the worry of the fabric unraveling.

Easy Installation: Lightweight, pliable, weatherproof & maintenance-free; You can install it with polyclips, hog rings, cable ties, staples, etc. Will NOT fray when cut
